Loosen the tensioner on the front of the power steering pump (its part of the bracket that sticks out) and the new belt will just slip onto the pulleys, don't need to remove anything at all.

The tensioner has two bolts, one is a 14 (on the side) that locks it and another 12mm (on the top) that adjusts the belt tension

Look at the power steering pump, there should be 2 bolts on the manual tensioner.  The belt tension is controlled by 2 bolts on the power steering pump, one on the side and one on top, just loosen them to get the belt off.

You will probally have to loosen the large silver bolt close to the engine as well (also a 14mm) in order for the power steering pump to move free enough to put on the belt.
