Well I would say stay away from the cast stuff, as the bolt head clearances are usually cast into place. Unless the patterns are *that* close but I don't think they are.
On a tubular style you can move them anywhere you want, for the most part
Just keep in mind horizontal clearance when selecting manifold styles, this is a cheap tubular style on my 1.8... it' intended for an Escort. I don't have much clearance to the radiator, let alone if I installed a turbo there
