So it's finally happened. I've asked everyone I've worked with for years, ever since I bought the dang Capri. I work as a dealership tech, so I meet a lot of folks who would be in the know. I finally found a fellow hoarder who was also a Ford tech in the '90s, and he's got the goods.
1992-1994 (It's missing 91, but I'm pretty sure they're identical to the '92's) Capri factory service manual on DVD. Looks like it's everything on the wayback machine archive; service information, EVTMs, emissions diag, etc. The discs were originally for Windows 98 OS, but they've been tested to work on ME, 7, 10 & 11.
I want it, so I'm having him burn me some copies and ship them. If anyone is interested, I got you.
