Pulled the motor today to paint the engine bay, and clean up the motor, fix some stuff, tuck the wiring, and ect.

Stay tuned.

BTW: these motors are cake to pull!

27x7x2.5

My bumper fits with no cutting, All I had to do was cut holes in the core support to run the 90's through. Hole saw made short work of that. Running the piping was also much easier then I thought.

Update very soon.

could you keep the A/C the way you ran the pipes or was removing all the A/C crap needed to make them fit?

i am still debating if i will keep my A/C or not. it gets 120deg here for about 2 months and over 100 for at least 5. not sure if i can keep the top down always.

hey, what extra pipes did you get?

where did you get the couplings to attach to the turbo? those are so tiny. i started taking off all my crap today to prep for mine. do you have to keep the front bumper support off or did you just remove it to make it easier to work?

I didn't need any extra piping. Actually I still have 3 full pipes left over. I ordered my reducers from  http://www.siliconeintakes.com/

I used
1 1.75-2.5 straight reducer
1 1.75-2.5 90 bend reducer
1 2.5-3.0 90 bend reducer, which was a tad too small, I guess the maf inlet and outlet is 3.5 and not 3.0, but my 3.0 fit with a little help hah

Do you mean the middle metal core support thing? I didn't remove anything other then the middle metal piece that unbolts from the core support.
Good luck!

got my intercooler today,

have you fitted your radiator yet?

i put the 90deg pipe like you did and it is super close to the fan.

for the part coming off the turbo, you cut that pipe down to just use the angle part?

did you also buy the BOV pipe from that website?
i ordered my 1.75 hoses from there. i see thaey have a greddy pipe there i am thinking about getting it now as well

I got my BOV pipe on e-bay.

I have no issues with rad clearance. I used the 90 1.75-2.5 reducer, then a 45 tube with the long end cut down, meeting a cut down 90 tube, into the silicone 90 coupler on the intercooler. You can run it a bunch of different ways, just double measure and fit before you cut.
