So......Who's hosting the 12th Annual Mid America Capri Gathering this year? Any ideas? Any suggestions?
It's already March....planning should have already begun....

You know I would, if I could. I think Shenandoah National Park would be an awesome place for a Capri gathering. Skyline Drive would be the perfect cruise route. But alas, I do not have the resources to host such a large event. I hope someone steps up soon to ensure the tradition continues...

If I can get mine up & running by next year. I would gladly have one out here in the southwest. There is a weekly car show here we could hit up, i can get track time at either firebird or PIR. If Streetworld is still up there too. Route 66 is not too far away, Sedona, flagstaff, grand canyon all within hours dives.

Both of you are welcome to start a meet, but neither one would be a MIDWEST Capri Gathering, now would it??

I would try to attend both of those meets....I need to get back to AZ anyway to pick up a 323GTX floorpan that's been waiting for me....

Well, if we had one in Arizona, it would still be a Mid-America gathering. It would just be the middle of North America. Well, sort of. Maybe not. Oh well. WHATEVER!

Gotta agree with Russ.  

Mid America is just that, the middle of america.

Matt aka Rocketman has a gathering in late September in Eastern Pennsylvania (on NJ border) Gotta get him to change date to September 14 (I'm off that day).

Ton, I've driven the Shenadoh and skyline drive.  That would make a great gathering site.

LOL....Any local high school team can beat the Cubs...and it was 28 here today...
