Starter motor question

Pulling out a starter motor.
Do you need to remove the engine bracket immediately in from of the motor?

Looks like it, but thought it's worth asking beforehand. If so, is the two at the bottom of the bracket enough?

I believe so. If not, it will at least make the job much easier. There's two 14mm bolts from the top, too - through the back of intake manifold
