As of right now, we are shooting for 30-50 cars at $135 a piece to help cover costs. There will be hand outs and raffles from the sponsors as well. I'm trying to get food lined up and included in that cost.
I have a graphic artist working on a flyer, but if anybody wants to donate their time or maybe some cheap work, I need a flyer created so I can pay to get them printed off.
We are still on schedule for Aug 30th though!!
