I just wanted to see how many people prefer painting graphics on their car versus a solid color.
If you prefer graphics then would you go vinyl or painted?
-
Personally, I like a solid clean look.
I feel it's classier, but thats just mho.
-
it really depends on what u want? i mean by grafics i assume u mean fast n furious type. then i would go with vinyl (so u could change them if u like). but for flames and things of this nature. i would go with paint. i am a sleeper type guy so i like solid paint. now if u plan on put'n a body kit on then i would defintely go with some sort of grafic cause your trick'n it out.

I agree with Bill (shocker) I like the solid color altho i have seen some tricked out cars that are sweet but I could not see paying more than a car is worth for a paint job.
Did you know why Bill likes the solid colors? its because he is so old he remembers when cars only came in black. (http://graemlins/big-biggrin.gif)

Now your girlfriend told me she likes solids too, solid bodies like mine.
-
Vinyl is the way to go for graphics. That way you can remove them or change them without repainting the car.
-
I know what you mean, my paint job is worth more than the car, and it's a solid color. But Damn it looks good.
-
Same for my car to. Color cost more then the car and would had been double that else where. She just looks sweet in the solid coloring.
-
solid color is nice but if your looking for a different look that, and want to be totally different then go with the graphics.
-
Wow, I'm glad I took the time to paint my own then. It cost me less than $100 to do 5 coats of base Stratosphere Blue and 6 coats of clear. Maybe $150 by the time you factor in the sandpaper and compounds and everything.
-
Its easier to 2 tone
