WTB: Manual transmission for Capri N/A

I need a manual transmission for my N/A '91 Capri.  The closer to north west NC, the better.

Craigslist under Cars for Sale, Winston-Salem there's a white Capri for sale. He says a bunch of parts included and also a parts car. It's a 5 speed so maybe ???

Ad is 3 weeks old so it might be a dead end. I'd brought you a link but I view CL through an app.

I checked again and all I got was an automatic in Woolwine, VA.  Thanks for the help though.

I checked the regular CL and yep, no go. It must have been lingering in my app like old cookies.

Well that app rating just went from 5 stars to 3, lol. I'll still keep my eyes open. If I can just get a hold of that man in Chattanooga I could get you that tranny. I could always use a parts car.

Have you checked car-part.com?
Their website says there's a 5sp N/A tranny at Hoopers Used Auto Parts located in Dallas NC and another one at Jim's Auto Parts in Greenville WV for $200.

Kewl, never heard of car-part.com.  Will check that out.  Am presently waiting for a reply from Shadetree in WV, been thinking of visiting him for a while anyway.  I appreciate you guys looking out for me.
