Can I buy window seals?

Is it possible to buy a seal where the driver's window meets the top seal? It's the very front of the window where it meets the top seal. Mine had the window going up too high and jacked up the seal and it leaks.

Yes I need to adjust the window as well. The stop is not stopping up from going too far up. But it has damaged the seal at the bottom of the top frame where the window meets. Is there a stop for the window that I missed? I tried adjusting the front adjuster on the bottom of the door. Thanks Russ, I'll give you a call next week.
