Title: 18 miles a gallon?!?!?!?! WHAT THE HECK????

 >:( OK no matter what I do Im only getting 18mpg?!?!?!?!? WTF?????

165 psi compression across all four cyl.
New plugs, new wires, new cap, new rotor, new timing belt, new air filter, new vacum lines.
Removed and cleaned the injectors.

What the heck could it be????  :-\

Have you tried pulling any codes?

Does the engine come up to normal operating temp?

You have 2 capris?  How does the engine power in one compare to the other?  Bad/clogged cat?  What did the old plugs look like? Is there soot in the tailpipe? ...Chris

02 sensor ,and or the temp sensor on bottom of the intake will make u have bad mpg.

I am not an expert by any means.  How does the car perform other than having low mpg?  Does it idle smoothly?  Maybe the air/fuel mix is out of whack?  I recently had a camry that developed a small crack in the air intake pipe that caused the mpg to plummet.
