Type rs BOV
« on: September 23, 2010, 05:46:00 AM »

I just got my e-bay type rs bov in the mail. I am going to put it on after work Friday. I see Greddy has a tech page on the install. I was wondering if there are any big differances in the knock offs and real ones as far as instal and tuning goes,or anything else I should know before begining my next adventure in boosting. Hope everone has a good time at the East Gathering. Thanks Rocky.

They should be very close to the original. The chinese are really quite good at replicating parts such as these anymore.

Thanks for the wishes on the gathering, looks like we will have beautiful weather I will take lots of pictures for everyone!

Good luck with the install let us know how it goes.

Thanks Matt. How was the meet?My car runs fine at the stock soft setting. My question is how do I know when I have the bov hard enough but not too hard?I am only running stock boost right now, 8 lbs or so.Thanks Rocky.
