Hey guys.  Is anyone planning on being at the Ford Nationals this year?  I'll be there, but not likely with my car (my friend has a TurboCoupe he will take up).  I'd particularly like to check out Rocket's GTXR2, and since you're in PA, I really don't think you have an excuse!

Hah, I'll be at the OCC All-Mazda meet on June 5th

My car's not exactly a show car either, its pretty ragged now. Working on it though!

That's really too bad.  Last year there was only one capri there (our's anyway), and it was a stock 91.  I should have taken mine, I'd have gotten 2nd!

I'll be at the MACG and I hope you'll be trying to attend too!

I'm also going to be hosting the 2nd annual NECG again this year, we had a total of 7 capri's last year and perfect weather, hopefully we'll have more cars this year!

Yeah I've been reading the MACG thread.  I'd like to go...might prove too far for me.  What is the NECG?  I keep seeing it, but just that.  Four letters.  Means nothing to me.  I'm guessing either North East or New England Capri Gathering.

NECG is the NorthEast Capri Gathering. Held it last year on Saturday October 3rd, met in East Stroudsburg PA and drove through Delaware Water Gap, and got some lunch a Hot Dog Johnny's in Buttzville New Jersey.

Here's Russ's album from the event: http://imageevent.com/roosport/1stannualnortheastcaprigathering;jsessionid=eeyhnjxuk3.penguin_s

Had people from Virginia, New York, PA, Michigan, Illinois, and Wisconsin attend!

Will be hosting again this year, I have a little different itinerary planned-

Sounds good!  I think I'll just try and hit that then.  10 hours is a long drive...and so far noone is interested in joining me for MACG.  That and I need to fix some things anyway.

Well the MACG had nearly 40 cars when I attended in 2008...its well worth the trip - I drove almost 16 hours to get there! Soooo worth it though!
