So I sold the Capri and bought another B6T

Finally sold the Capri and found something to quickly replace it with.

It has a lot of miles (254k before the speedo cable broke) but as you can see it has been well kept. Got a decent deal on it seeing as it needs new 1st and 2nd gear syncros and a clutch.

He also threw in a brand new set of ground control coilovers with eibach springs and some old school RRE hood vents that they use to make for the 323 GTX a while back.

Here it is in the crappy cloudy weather we had today.

oil temp, oil pressue, boost, and narrow band gauges.

HKS vaf adapter and filter
 
Ground control coilovers with eibach springs
 
Old school RRE hood vents for the 323 GTX unistalled.
 
my first "mod" is a new red top
 
everything I have ripped out so far which was a aftermarket cruise control setup, a bunch of fog light wiring, relays, and more wiring. also changed the distributor cap and rotor as well

That looks like the car on ebay...not bad at all. Easy on the tranny.

I love that Profec B and turbo timer.  I've never heard of those things.  What do they do ?

Also, what is that corkscrew intercooler upgrade you took the picture of ?

Those cars are non-existent in the North.  Looks like the Texas weather did this one some good.

I just bought my third GTX on Sunday...one on each side of the house along with a B6T swapped 323 hatch and one in the garage....mama aint too happy.

I am going to try and pull the computer and see what it's running. I am very happy with your tune so I will be running it on this little beast. I need to find out what injectors I am running though so it doesn't effect your tune any.

Gotta love that AWD!  Hurry up and get that tranny rebuilt while I'm replacing the clutch on the Capri, so we can run these babies!  I'm loving the Capri, by the way!  Have fun!

It's coming soon so get my xr2 ready for it. Remember one race on dry pavement from a roll so I have a chance and one on wet so i don't grenade the newly rebuilt tranny.

And look what I found installed under the passenger seat!!!  Now I have to figure out to tune with this bish and if not sell it and get a Rocketchip.

I never understood the fire extinguisher on the passenger side. your telling me if u get in a crash ur going to reacht hat far for it? any other race car and that be within arms reach, not that far away. please tell me your gonna relocation that closer.

it was there when I bought it. I took it out last night and will throw it in the stow away compartment in the hatch area.
