Nope thats the F2T motor, its 2.2L 12valve SOHC. Its actually more or less a truck motor...won't bolt into the capri.
You'll want the 1.8L dohc from the 91-95 ford escort GT/ protege
Don't have to worry about the crankshaft, forged cranks are mostly for the big V8 guys, the little 4 bangers don't usually need them until you reach pretty ridiculous power levels, and even then it's far from the weakest link in the system.
