You should be able to find a good custom tubular manifold for $400-500. Any more than that is too expensive IMO. You can get a JGS tools kit for $200 & then bring it to a weld shop for assembly, still be cheaper

Matt, what kind of H.P. pick up is a tubular manifold going to give with a stock/hybrid turbo. It seems like for 400-900 bucks those are expensive horses.Rocky

See thats the thing. You usually will see minimal, if any gains from a different manifold. The benefit of them being you can design them to mount any turbocharger you want. I would *never* make a manifold to mount a stock or even hybrid turbo.

And on the weight savings, Even tubular manifolds are pretty heavy. To the above w/ the manifold, do you have a weight on it vs. the stock unit?

Thanks Matt, even I kind of new that. They look REAL cool and I think that gets lots of attention. For a fraction of the price a larger down pipe will give more H.P. But its kind of hard to show off.Rocky

hell yes they look cool, plus being able to mate them to any turbo of your choice is a huge plus!
