ehh Top Troubles

Idk if something broke on my top but I can't store my top in the storage. It works and it doesn't work. Anyone got a special way of putting there top down? Show me a video if possible haha.

Need to push the center bar up and toward the back of the car as you set the top down. Otherwise it'll keep it from stowing.
