my car pulls like a beast now after i got the exhaust on.

3500 to readline it still pulls, i have to pay attention now to it. most cars you feel the peak and its time to shift..i can only imagine what it will do with more boost..

I noticed that the stock turbo killed the engine sometime after 6 grand. After upgrading my turbo it pulled like mad untill I shifted.

14/11 hybrid or 11/Tbird hybrid

11/14 you can use everything you have now if its built properly

11/tbird you'll need an intake adapter, and different downpipe. Biggest turbo you can run really without doing major mods

I'm running a 11/14, and it rocks!  Seat-O-the-pants dyno says there is a big difference! cost me $150 and a few weeks of grief, but well worth it! If you are on a tight budget, I'd recommend the 11/14 as you don't have to change much to make it run.  If you have more $$ available, go with the 11/T-bird.

i am on a tight budget and i would love to run the 11/14 turbo.. it only cost you 150$ thats a great price where did you get i cannot seem to find on ebay and what all did you have to change ? i had to scrape change and sell junk to finally get the money to order inter cooler and i guess i still need to buy the reducers and BOV fanged pipe >.< but its a slow working process im getting this intercooler : http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/DIY-UNIVERSAL-INTERCOOLER-KIT-RED-W-BOV-27x7x2-5_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp3286Q2ec0Q2em14QQhashZitem2ea7052887QQitemZ200370628743QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ 5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories

its not something you buy man. You make it yourself, or you have a place like Turbo City make it for you. You'll need to buy a VJ11 or call them and see if they have the parts down there. I understand its around $450 to send your stock turbo and a VJ11 to be rebuilt and made into the hybrid.

You can make it yourself if you get a good VJ11, you cram the whole CHRA into the turbine housing but you need to change over coolant lines and the wastegate actuator.

You cant get the big turbo without changing the downpipe, unless you do a 14/tbird which the exhaust housing will kill performance on topend.

Stock downpipe sucks anyways lol.

i think when i got my 2.5 exhaust they made the downpipe 2.5 inch also and im a little confused on the turbo deal so ima need to do a little more research on it and probably a few more questions later down the road after the intercooler

The VJ11 uses a different downpipe that is not compatable with the stock downpipe. You would need to have a new downpipe made.
