And... The problem is back. There is spark going to the problem cylinder, and changing that plug while it was having the issue did nothing to help. Fuel issue? Computer problem? I am seriously stumped here.

Perhaps I missed it - what is the status of the distributor cap/rotor? Are they new as well?

No, I haven't replaced them yet, but it seems that the cylinder is getting spark. Would a faulty cap and rotor affect just one cylinder, and only on a hot start?
