Also failed emissions test

My XR2 just failed emissions test.  I don't have the numbers yet.
Question - Is there any change that the Rocketchip could effect emissions?

My NO was ok although close.  HC was 1.3 gpm where max is .80 nad CO was 23.12 gpm where max is 15 gpm.
