OK What am i doing wrong.  I go to the link to get the form and all I have is the logo screen.
No form.  Any help would be appreciated.

Just click on the logo itself!  The logo is actually a link to the registration form.

I would like to thank all of the people who have registered so far.  There are a few of you who have registered, but did not push the paypal button.

I would appreciate when you register, to please hit that button.  It will help with the records of who paid, and who didn't.
