Awesome, getting boxes is always the most exciting feeling after test driving with the new parts then pausing and thinking, "holy shit, that was fast."  Whose ecu are you going to get?

To decrease boost turn knob Counter Clock Wise (loosen=less).

You will want to start low and increase 1.5 turns at a time.  That's about 1 lb of boost at a time.  Make sure you tighten down that lock nut with a wrench once you have it set at your desired boost so it doesn't vibrate lose.

Hey Josh! You'll want to disconnect the "overboost" plug at the firewall. And don't set over 10lbs until You get Rocketman's ECU in place. You'll have some fun at 10lbs still.  Good Luck Gus.

instead of starting a new thread i thought id just put this here it is relevant to the thread

i had to go in for emission tests today(grr) she passed just fine but just in case i turned the boost down to stock 6psi. holy Christ the car was slow. now she's back to the 16-18 range... much nicer

moral of the story:
BUY A ROCKETCHIP AND A BOOST CONTROLLER

lol, I never really realized how much turbos are important to having fun in a Capri, try not boosting for weeks on end waiting for money for a new turbo  :(   The next time I hit boost I was like oo
