The last sentence was supposed to say: We can leave the MACG as the go to event annually, but a Mid-Atlantic mini meet would be fun.

So what happened to Aug 27 2005?  No meet then?  It is still on the calendar.  Did I miss it today?

Just got home from the 4thMACG and, man, I gotta tell ya-- What a day!!!  I'm not sure of the exact count yet, but somewhere in the neighborhood of 35 Capris showed up. A totally awesome sight!! Bob- You really out did yourself this year!!
I am much too tired to write a description of the days events, so I will post later.  In the meantime, feel free to check out pictures and videos of some track action, here:

http://ImageEvent.com/roosport/4thannualmidamericacaprigathering

Anyone who has ANY photos or videos of todays meet, please email them to me at: Cougar1prod@comcast.net, or Russ@Roo-Sport.com, and I will post them also.
Finally, If anyone knows the identity of any people pictured, or who owns a particular car in the pictures, feel free to let me know via email (w/ the picture #), so I can label everything correctly!!

To everyone who was there: It was great meeting everyone, or seeing everyone again, whichever the case may be!!

If you missed it:  Boy, did you miss the greatest Capri event, EVER!!!!

G'Night!

That was beautiful, I only wish I could attend. Next year is a strong possiblity. I wonder if anyone got a count of what years and number of each were represented.

We had about 1% of the total 94xr2's total production there.   Shocked on how few 92's there were. 2

Thanks Rob, Glad you like them.  I figured I had to stand out, and what better way to stand out.

For those of you who forgot to bring the prescription glasses to the gathering and would like to send them to me for the Mission trip to Honduras the address is

boB marcum
1335 W Stover st
Freeport,  IL  61032

They will really appreciate it.  I personally can't imagine how difficult it would be to not be able to see clearly for your whole life.  So you can imagine how appreciated your old ones are.
