Hot Import Nights Chicago was a great time though it was a little loud for my taste.  The lighting was poor but the sights were fantastic!!!  I had as much fun checking out rides in the parking lot as in the show and of course the three hour ride there was just icing on the cake!

Wow nice rides. Those must be the new 2003 models all done up. I heard it takes alot of money to get them to handle well.

Yes ... those are the new year models.  I tried to take a couple out for a test drive but after attempting to see what was under the hood ... the negotiations came to an abrupt end.  Apparently it's rude to ask if they would mind me test driving multiple models at a time to get a good comparison.

Car buying has certainly changed since I did it last.

FOOSER, were you refering to Aaron Guiles capri? If so, I have bad news for all. The little car met an untimely demise, not in a wreck thankfully. Teenage mechanic with the best intentions. I am a close friend of his father and managed to get many parts from what was left of the little machine. It was quick tho- for all those doubters out there...
