Hey Tellrx!  I believe that part is NLA(no longer available) You have to check wrecking yards or perform one of several types of quick fixes.  Gus

Go to a Mazda dealer and order the part for a 88-89 323 GT dohc turbo front wheel drive if you have an xr2. I have taken the xr2 shifter and used it in a turbo 323. Not sure about the F series transmission though.

So what would be the difference between ordering one for the 5 speed in a 323 turbo as opposed to ordering one for the 5speed in a n/a 323

You might want to try a few of the quick fixes available to hold your shifter up. Sheetmetal screws, hose clamps...ect...  The stock shifter is supported by plastic clips that break.
