Just wondering if any XR2 owners have acually dyno'd there cars or ran the 1/8 or 1/4 mile?? And if you have whats your set up??

Stock: 132 hp @ 6000 rpm, 136 ft-lbs @ 3000 rpm

Dyno Results
Run 1: Power
151.5 HP @ 4950 rpm, 168.0 ft-lbs @ 4700 rpm

Run 2: Power
148.9 HP @ 4790 rpm, 173.3 ft-lbs @ 4400 rpm

Run 3: Speed
144.0 HP @ 4350 rpm, 179.9 ft-lbs @ 4150 rpm
Top Speed: 143 MPH @ 6450 rpm (operator was afraid to go faster, possible overheating if he kept it up)

vj-14/11 turbo 18psi with the 7.9-1 compression made a best pass of 13.6 @103 in the 1/4

this car sucks for the 1/8... i just finish blowing the tires off and you cross the timer

now with the 9.2-1 compression it should be faster...the butt dyno tells me its alot faster.
mucho torque now man...aint tracked it since the transplant....

with the mitsu 14b on 14-16psi should drop it into the 12s then im done with this one....

at 20 lbs the 14b is at or nearing peak efficientcy and theoretically is enough air for the 2 litre to make 300hp our heads dont flow 405 cfm so ill never see that pressure (or should'nt)

12.8 is my goal and arround 250 hp.. ill be there by the end of august...
