car hates rain ....

ok so its raining real bad ... wiper blades stop working ... im getting 12 volts at idle .... car is idleing at 500 ... MASSIVE backfires in boost .... just all happened in the rain ... what could it ever be ???!!!?!!?

Could your alternator belt be loose/worn to where it is slipping when it gets a little wet?
