Slight hesitation around 800 to 1000 rpm on idle acceleration

I have changed the spark plugs, new spark plug wires, engine oil has been changed.

The motor hesitates a little bit when I try and accelerate it in neutral just in between 800 to 1000 rpm.

Any suggestions as to where to look?

Okay so I ran the car for few minutes and it seems like the hesitation is gone.

However, when I reve the car and let go off the throttle, it seems to dip back to 600 rpm before resting it back to 800 to 900 rpm.
