When is it looking like it will be this year?

I should be switching jobs in January so getting time off work will be easy this time. I also need to know when i can get my final tweaks to the car before i go. from what you guys say the 91 Class is a tuff one and i need to be prepared  :D

I will need to make advance preparations this year so I can make it 'fo real'

And the GTXR2 is a '91 so  it may be pretty competetive this year

better pretty the beast up....sometimes looks out weigh speed LOL...

maybe if mine looks like a 94...i can join that class?

haha thats all a matter of oppinion my friend. My whole goal was only to make my capri look like a stock 91 n/a. Thats why i am not lowering it or doing a 94 conversion. If you take one peak under the hood and the whole stock n/a thing goes out the window

And gostlrs how did you quiet your car down? I have a glasspack and 2.5" piping all the way back.. Its sooooo loud.

i only have cat back right now...your running a different turbo and down pipe..so there is the difference in sound. are you running your cat? i have mine installed right now. delete pipe will be added later on or a high flow if its too loud.

as for the stock NA look. unfortunately there are not enough people to know what this car is, yet the fact to know there is even a turbo on it. When i had my eclipse i did the same...stripped the badges and stuff to look stock but most knew about them and when you see a huge ass front mount you know something is up..LOL Nothing wrong with stock at all. if its a clean car and runs great that like asking for 10 toes and fingers on your new born!  :D

no cat, just a glasspack, a perferated core glasspack at that, and boy is it loud. All i want is a little sleeper, and thats what i got.

the cat is where it is at...

find a good high flow cat and it will quiet it some.

there are also silencers you can add. I had to run one in Japan. Noise laws there are a pain in the ass if you get caught running with no cat

My Glasspack had a ton of steel re-barb it look liked inside it. Mine is not loud in my opinion but it sounds throaty and not whinny

The 9th Annual Mid America Capri Gathering will be one of the weekends in July (either 2nd or 3rd weekend)...   so you guys/gals have 7 months to get the cars in shape.....

We will have more info after the Christmas holiday.....
