Does anyone know where I can get the power door lock/unlock switch for the drivers door? Even a part number would be helpful. Thanks

The mechanism with the integral power lock switch looks like is E9JY 7621812-3A
I sold the extra one I had, someone here should have one for sale...Chris

1991 did not have power door locks, it has a solenoid to engage the locks when the driver's door is unlocked. 1994 and I believe only XR2's and optioned cars get power lock switches. If you wanted to do aftermarket, look for the switches from a similar year mustang, it should be the same piece, then you'd have to wire it in yourself.

I think he's looking for the OEM switch inside the driverside door.
The passengerside mimics the D/S door with the "power locks", not just on the unlock.

The rocker switch for the circuit? Isn't that integrated in the dual window switch? I'm a bit surprised that failed unless he's not familiar with how it functions.

It's not part of the window switch. It's inside the door, and tells the passenger side what to do. IIRC it hooks to the lock mechanism.
Only the 94 XR2 had actual power locks, it had buttons on the forward part of the door panel.

What I'm looking for is the internal single pole, double throw leaf switch that is attached to the driver's door latch. It locks or unlocks the passenger door when using the key in the driver's door.
