small nose to large nose crank.

Is it possible. Sadly I've had crank wobble for months now. Is it possible for me to swap in a new large nose from rockauto into my 91 engine? If so I think this is what I might be doing.

I also need to know if anyone would know why my car jumps into left turns. Power steering belt is off. Just put in a new tie rod end. It was damn near imploding lol.

Matt gave me some ideas the other night... But I just can't seem to remember them with everything going on >.<

For your steering:
Commonly a busted swaybar endlink. Could also be tie rod ends, or balljoint

Swapping to the large nose crank is fairly involved. It's not something that can be done in-car. Cheaper & less work to locate a different engine.

-The oil pump is different
-The pulley assembly/harmonic balancer is different (can only source this used)
-Front main seal is different

If you're swapping cranks you will probably want to replace:
-Main Crank Bearings
-Connecting Rod bearings
-Thrust washers
-Front & Rear main seals

Good luck

Yeah I figured it was easier to just swap the engine. But I was looking at both sides just incase it would have been easy. Thanks again for all the info.

Now I just need a 92+ engine lol
