Ignition lock cylinder

Is there a good part number for the ignition lock cylinder for these cars?  So far the only one I can find is from Modern Capri to the tune of $119.00.  I find it hard to believe that the lock cylinder is not only brand specific, but model specific.

You could try Tracer, 323 and other small Ford /Mazda products from that ear.
