replacing the lifters

I have a dead lifter. How hard is this to do and how long will it take? Is there a manual or guide that I can use to show me how to do it?

nevermind! started it up today and no more sound ticking! guess after not being started for a few months thats expected. but its running good now! I just need to put on the new top and add a few trim pieces and its good to go!
