aftermarket cams and stock valvetrain?

i wanted to pick up a pair of kelford cams http://www.camshaftshop.com/products.php?categoryid=117
are any of these cams safe to drop in while leaving rest of the valve train stock?

Im not sure, you may want to give them a ring and ask them.

I think the first bottleneck is with the lift & stock springs binding
A lot of folks convert to mechanical lifters to run a much higher rev limit. The stock springs & HLAs float above ~7200 RPM
