if you ever decide to drive your ass up here i have a box full of them ....
if you want a nice set of solid lifters i know zxtuner has them...
i was surprised how much escort zx2 stuff works for our cars... HLA is the same on both ...
even though the zetec is a 2.0 and the b6 is a 1.6 they share some stuff....

Hey Bryan! Get a set of the up-graded lifters, They came in several other newer cars including the zxescort. They have improved valving. I would recommend against the solid HLAs. If joe doesn't have the correct ones then get a-hold of AZGTX. He'll get you a set.  Gus

Look in the later model Kia Sephia's...93-96 1.6L and 1.8L(BP05). Get the ones that are not squishy. I have gone to the Kia and Mazda dealer shops and spoke to the techs...they all say if they are firm they are good...mushy is not good. You can buy them new at the Kia dealer for around 15.00 each...Mazda is much more and they are the same part?????go figure. At the wreckers they will be aroud 5 bucks each. Soak them in oil if they are just going to sit around before you use them. You will hear them ticking when you start it up at first...it will go away. I use Mobil 1 20W50 here in Az and they seem to like it. I would not worry about the springs unless you are going to try and rev the 1.6 over 7000 rpms regularly cuz it will blow anyway and you wil have wasted your money on springs. HTH
