The Ebay clutches aren't too bad - I ran an "XTD" brand clutch for a while and it held quite well...I ran a full-faced disk you might want to try the 6-puck. Their pressure plates are OEM Daiken PP's but they seem to hold just fine. (not seeing any for the Capri specific apps, but the 94+ Probe GT w/ the 2.5L v6 will work, I forget if the TOB will work but I think it does)
Stay away from the really cheap OEM clutchsets. I had one, and it wouldn't hold the stock power of a B6T without slipping.
If you can afford one...go with an ACT - they're pretty much the ultimate clutch. I'm running one on the AWD capri, it held up to much abuse when I had the 1.6 and FWD and its holding up awesome to the boosted 1.8 and AWD, along with a Fidanza billet flywheel - awesome combo if you can afford it. I've heard Centerforce clutches are very good as well.
