The issue is in the bottom of picture #2. Can't use crinkle cut fries on the Capri, they've gotta be waffle fries.

Sorry I had to. So the oil drain line in that picture is definitely correct. The first picture looks right, but my short term memory is awful so let me go look at my car and get back to you on that. Same with the third one. I believe those are coolant feed/return for the turbo.

Edit - Put a hose clamp on the block side of that oil drain line. You really, really don't want that to vibrate off while driving.

Double edit - It all looks right to me, just attach the line in the 3rd pic and get some hose clamps

I’m mostly confused by the lines that are on the cold side of the turbo. Theres the line that goes above the air inlet that I’m most confused by because I can’t figure out where it goes. And then there’s the line that runs under the air inlet that I’m not too sure if I hooked it up right. I tried checking techcapri.com but it seems to be down sadly.

So I’m on the last steps of rebuilding my motor and I’m stuck on son of the lines coming off the turbo. I circled all the ones I’m stuck on. Does anyone have a diagram/picture of a completed oil/coolant line assembly?

There's a guy named James Whitt that rebuilds them for $125, I think, maybe be more now. That includes return postage. You can reach him though the FB group.

I've used him a number of times and he is very dependable.

Hello! When I bought the car the driver side window didn’t work the guy selling it said “it was just off the track and needs to be put on” that was not the case the window regulator was destroyed and needed to be replaced it’s been about a year now and now it happened again the same one broke… I spent 250 dollars on the last one and i don’t really want to spent that kind of money again does anyone know how to fix or where to get one that fits?
Thanks so much!

Take it all the way back to basics. Fuel, air, spark.

Make sure you are getting spark at the plug. Easy enough to check, pull a plug out of the head but leave it plugged into the coil. Lay the thing down so the electrode is near bare metal, then have someone crank it so you can watch. You'll see the spark.

Check fuel. You said you had 40/50psi, but where? Easiest way I've found to check is to spray starting fluid into the intake just before the throttle body before cranking it. If it now starts, you know you have a fuel issue.

Air. The Capri is a pain with the VAF metering air, so any little intake leak is gonna cause problems starting. Easiest solution here would be to smoke test your whole intake, make sure its air tight.

So I have now gotten my set up ready to roll, but it won’t start! It cranks over and hits but won’t run.  I have changed computers, went back to stock injectors. I have spark I have 40-50 psi fuel pressure.  I have missed with the distributor. Check the timing 5 times.  But it really acts like it’s out of time or firing in wrong order. Which I have also checked.  I have also changed the maf stock to modified, no change! So motor is built, head is worked block is bored and custom parts and a 20g turbo. Did have 390 injectors but now back to stock 300s. Nothing i have done has made a positive change, it has only made it worse????   Any ideas ??
