General Mechanical Question
« on: August 22, 2010, 06:12:00 AM »

Ok this doesn't even apply to my Capri, but you all are my crew so I start here.

Intermittent passenger power window problem.  It works when it feels like it.  Initially didn't go up from p side switch, but worked from master switch in drivers door.  Assumed it was the switch in p door.  Then didn't work from either switch.  Then it worked from both, then one, then none etc. etc.  When it fails it always seems to be it only goes down. How do these things work?  The only thing I could think of is both switches went bad at the same time, and that is highly unlikely, but my knowledge stops there.  Come on Rocket, Joe, Russ help an old broad out would you.
