Title: headlights open and close

Got a '93.  New problem--When I turn the headlights on they stay up for a while then close on their own and reopen after 3-4 seconds and keep going this.  Any ideas on the cause?

sounds like your losing power or a bad ground or a naked wire.. check your switch in the car in the floor there that keeps them up after you turn the car off.. and just check on the wiring aroung the lights unplug and plug them make sure you have good contact
