Dashboard Removal

Hi guys,

Can anyone tell me the steps required to remove the dash in my 91 NA?  I bypassed the heater due to a leak a while back but now we're coming into winter in Australia (yes it does actually get cold here  :D) and I really need to deal with it....
Someone told me I need to disconnect the speedo cable from the gearbox first but that's about all i know.
The first time is always the worst, so I'd love some pointers!
