I have a small problem. I have a 93 N/A. Recently while on a drive my fan belt slipped, imagine that. I drove the car as far as I could to park it in a safe area. By the time I reached my final destination, my battery was dead, but the engine still ran, roughly, on the little amount the alternator was putting out. Now, after replacing the worn belt, the car is missing awfully. I can pull the #2 plug wires from the distributer with no change in running status. I nursed it home, at a max of 45-50mph, but there was no umph. Please help as I live out in the boonies and the redneck repair shops have never worked on these cars.
