does anyone have a web site address for springs or coilover that will fit the capri? please e-mail me this info so i can get my capri back on the road.

Try www.corksport.com (http://www.corksport.com)  It will be listed for a 2wd mazda 323 from the years 86-89 but its the same as the capri. Make sure you get the 2wd version and not the 4wd version.
