Non-turbo wheels? Are you looking for the geometric style? They came on most Capris. Russ (CapriTypeR) probably has a good set kicking and he's just north of Chicago but makes trips thru Indy all the time.

I have a set but I'm in Eastern PA so thats not of too much help
