Does anyone know what wheels the hardtop car in the picture above has? Those are nice! ...And they even fit our cars! :D

a rare find indeed....

I was suprised to find my Clubsprint,on your site, mine's the one with the hard top fitted, taken a few years back.
I still have the car and use it on the odd weekend, currently it has 73,000 miles on the clock, and the car runs as smooth as ever. It won Best Capri Convertible at last years Canberra Capri Muster
I'd like to add some current photos, if I knew how ??? I'll try a link ?

Bill-
Nice pics (I am a member of the "400 club", so I can see the pics!) With your permission, I can post those in my photo site, so everyone can see them.
Also, what brand/model/size are those wheels? I love them!!

Russ,I’m not familiar with how to post the photos to this site so if you can transfer the photos, that’s fine by me
PS: The wheels are BSA Racing 16 x 7 “, had them on my silver SC Clubsprint, I think they were made for the Mazda Astina range
Cheers Bill

The SE (94) Clubsprint had a unique, more curved centre console,no ashtray, however a cigarette lighter ?
The gear-stick opening is round with a polished alloy ring with exposed allen screws to match the steering wheel centre
The console was not found on any other model, only the 200 made
I can post a close-up photo if you tell me how

Bill-
So I guess me finding one for my 92 would be next to impossible!! If you run across one down there, let me know!! I would be VERY interested!
Email the photos to me if you like (cougar1prod@comcast.net), and I'll add them to the photos above.
The photo site I have your pictures on, you are sharing a file with Gus, but if you would like to share those with anyone, the address is:
http://ImageEvent.com/roosport/challengerparts (http://ImageEvent.com/roosport/challengerparts)
You can even link to each picture, if you'd like!
I'll add the console pics there for you!

Hey OZ! So Cool! Gus.
-
$100 gets you the console from any capri wreckers here if they got one but yes like someone said they came out in the clubsprint on and only the 93-94 clubsprint
-
I've got tons of regular consoles, ut now I REALLY want one of the clubsprint ones!! Please keep on eye out for one for me!!
Thanks!
--Russ
-
can you find that rear bumper aftermarket and will it fit my 93 it looks like a skyline from the back
-
The Clubsprint kits are nice, but wouldn't you rather have something a lot cooler?:

Bill, I WANT!!! Let Russ have the console, I want the car!!!!
-
whats cooler than that and i wanna know where you guys are gettin your sh-tuff im not going to http://www.moderncapriparts.biz/ (http://www.moderncapriparts.biz/) they are the most over priced shit hole in the world 450 bucks for a used sway bar
-
LOL! When you own a Capri, you quickly learn how to be veeeery creative!! The hood, and tail light panel, I designed and had built. As for the rest, the bumpers, mirrors, and other little bits, are right off a 94. The wing came from Australia.

Hey Gay! I didn't see the $450 used sway bar but sometimes one has to buy from those guys essentials not available elsewhere. You'll gather sources and ideas as time goes on by reading posts in our forum and others. You must remember that outfit is in business for profit and has extreme overhead to stay there. I can guaranty you that he is not a "gus"sillionaire. Guys like Russ and ricksrvice and rocketman to name a few are aussome sources for parts and advice. They are an active part of our forum and there are several others that haven't been heard from in the more recent months. Good Luck with your girl. Gus.
