I want to do that but that's my last project. Need to youtube and see how it's done.  I need to finish my grdfx first. After that, I am planning to bondo it and paint it.
As I mentioned awhile back, time is so limited. People who has a family and a house would know how it is, always something that comes up and funding is not always there. I sold my hdtop and used that towards the wheels.  I shouldov ask for more so I can buy the bubble top from moderncapriparts for $440.

That may be part of it, but cutting your springs is not a good idea. Could be potentially hazardous to your health...Get with Russ at Roo-Sport. He may have some left or know where to get them for less.

Cutting the springs is NOT a good idea. $230 is actually pretty cheap - I'd snap them up if I were you.

I had sets of lowering springs for $200 a while ago, but they are long gone now. I can get H&R springs (1.5" drop) for $329.

If you want to play, ya gotta pay............

Cutting springs doesn't allow them to sit on the perch correctly, it's dangerous
