i just had my valve cover and intake manifold sand blasted \. i taped up the manifold up but i still got some stuff in the manifold. can i just blow water threw it to clean it out and let it self dry? :cool:

yes you can thats what i did when mine got sand blasted. just make sure it dries . i used a hair dryer lol

you might have to take the baffles off the underside of the valvecover to make sure no sand or blasting media got into them.

Most DEFINITELY take the valve cover apart and make sure those little passages are clean! Main bearings do not like being sandblasted!

i just washed it out like i did the intake mani ... dunked in the water bucket a few times lol works fine still to this day.
