The 323 kit is known as working with our cars but my experience is that they are for just dropping your car if you want good handling then the stock kit isn’t the way to go. I believe H&R http://hrsprings.com/scripts/appguide.php?Mode=Application+Guide&SubMode=Find2&Year=1986&ModelID=263&q=1986%20|%20MAZDA%20|%20323

offers lowering springs if all you want is to lower it. The problem arises when you go negative, if the spring kit doesn’t fully extend to take up the extension of the strut extended length it may not come down on compression to seat properly to seat the springs and bind. This will have severe consequences on the handling properties of your car. Somewhere I have a list of parts and CAD drawings to properly use this kit (Mazda 323) with our cars. If you want I can e-mail pictures of my suspension to see how it looks. I will tell you after about $1500 and 2 years of playing with it I do have a very fine handling car!

ground control has coilovers that work with the capri. its the mazda 89 year ones. i have them on my car. its the same struts used between the cars. this is not by any means, a good picture, but you can see the coilovers on my capri.

I also ran the Ground Control setup and it was stiff but handled very well.  Anthony you ran the Tokico's like me as well right?  So that setup together will give you a stiff ride but takes on ramps like no other  ;)

i didnt think it was to stiff, but handles like a gem. a lot of things lend itself from the 89 mazda, the engine. suspension. turbo system. i think the frame itself.

I dont think they'd have a problem fitting. Its likely going to be a rough ride.

FWIW I think they're nearly identical to a set of 95 civic coilovers, you can pick them up for like $15 on ebay which is retarded. Hopefully these are good build.
