Looks good, what are you planning on doing to it?

I don't know what the front seats are from, but I know someone added "seat heaters" too them, and it looks like they used the existing "Capri" seat tracks.  The seats are off color, and I guess that looks a little goofy, but every one of the XR2's I looked at were total rats inside.  Or the nice ones pushed over 3 grand.  It's not too rusty, except one bad spot on the floor board.  I will need to fix that.  The body is clean and I machined buffed a shine back on it.  It has a folder full for service records and brand new Yokohama Avid tires (directional), cloth top and a super clean hard top.  With a little work, it will be a nice ride.  I paid too much for it I know, but I wanted one.  (around 1900 for it.   :( )  Here is a pic of the front seats.  I purchaced a nice rear seat back off ebay and now the rear seat looks great.

Those seats are very nice. They look comforable.  I remember someone using Ford Focus seats in their Capri.  I wonder if those are from a Focus.
I've got leather in my 94 but they are not very comfortable and need some repair.  I've been thinking of replacing them but I'm not sure I want to deviate from the OEM seats since it's a 94 XR2 and maybe I should keep it original.

It would be nice to know what seats fit in the Capris.

Just in case anyone still looks at this those seats are from an Escort based product.  From the looks of the fabric, I'm thinking an early 90's Tracer

I haven't a clue what my seats are from.  I know that on a 200 mile trip, they are comfortable and they have heaters in them.  Who ever installed them did a great job.  Both seats can be set to hi and lo heat and there are toggle switches cut into the console.  They look factory, even though they are not.
