I would like to add: a FMIC!! These cars respond VERY well to a larger front mount intercooler, and I think I saw more HP gains from it, over my 2 1/2" exhaust.

After the first 3. If you can't get the exhaust out trying to get more air in is a waste of time. But yes a more "efficient" inter-cooler is really needed.

Well I won't be able to do much for a month or two, gotta get back on my feet. So far I had 3 people offer me cash for my car lol. I do need to finish the interior since I have all I need but the pillar pod. Got a little sub in my back seat for a little bit of bass.

On a side note. If I take out the cat and put a glass pack will it make it way to loud? And will it help for hp over the cat? Someone told me to do this for a cheap setup since I have a 3" glass pack I can just put on adapters

I'd just wait and get the whole exhaust done, the stock piping is less than 2" in diameter and sucks for trying to make power

Ok so I have a friend who is damn near giving away a cryo2 system for an intercooler. Is it worth the extra weight? I know all it does is chill the air in the intake and my friends (who do race) make fun of people with them on n/a car. But with an intercooler sprayer would it actually benifit to the point its useful to add the weight/cost?

Also thank everyone for your replies. I do post alot and everyone has been really helpful  :D  its appreciated!!

Honestly I think its a waste, I think water injection would be a much better system to take the time to install but thats just my opinion

Actually Water is a better idea. Lighter and it kills per det which kills engines like ours.
