since I'm mildly "special" when it comes to overhead cam, is it possible to just simply swap heads from one N/A Capri to the XR2, without taking off the cams and swapping everything, or do i have to strip the head ant change all parts from the turbo Capri on there. Or does someone on here have a head that they are willing to sell to me?

The only difference is the exhaust cam. Swap it to the turbo piece(marked B660)or use the cam from an automatic tranny car for more torque down low.

You could swap the whole shebang and it would run okay but the cams are turbo specific

geatcha, so I'm going to take the head out of the N/A, put the turbo cam's on it, then put it on the XR2, and then make ma' car run fast?!!!!!!

Yup. You'll need new camshaft seals too

Is there no possible way to reuse them?

I'm sure you could try but they'll probably leak like mad

Check the intake cam marking...it should read B660 for bothheads.//so you will only need the exh. cam.
